The warm weather has us thinking about summer and what says summer more than s'mores martinis?! Inspired by the delicious
s'mores cookies, a friend passed along a recipe for a
s'mores martini from the
Food Network.
My friends, Luisa and Melissa, came by with all the ingredients and we got to work. This is definitely a special occasion, as most of the ingredients would not be stocked in your basic home bar. It was our first time using a kitchen torch and it was both frightening and invigorating.

The drinks were delicious and potent. All of our hard work paid off and we were able to toast to campfires and late nights under the stars.
